My husband purchased the Ab Coaster several months ago and our whole family absolutely loves it. A couple of the gyms near our house have them and they are always being used. Its great having one in our own home to use whenever we want. The Ab workout is very easy and quick. The machine provides great results with minimal effort. I'd much rather go swimming or biking than to a gym, but I really love using this machine. It's been especially nice to have during the cold rainy winter. My husband and I and our two sons use it at least 3 times a week in addition to weights and the eliptical trainer.
